This is a 'Designed by Davis' home. This calm oasis is conveniently located just northwest of The University of Oklahoma. The Campus Cottage is found in the heart of Norman - only a .5 mile distance from Memorial Stadium and Campus Corner, making for a great game day location. Come home to one king, memory foam mattress, a quaint living area, and a back yard deck area. Need more space? Ask us about our other Norman properties, including The Pavo (sleeps 8) next door.

This home is a unique ‘Designed - by Davis’ home. The design pieces have been thoughtfully chosen with the idea of fun and restfulness in mind. The neighborhood this cottage is found in pleases the exciting campus experience, while the inside of this home proves to be a comforting place to eat, sleep, chat and chill. Soft and simple tones, with added warm touches of color really do well to create an inviting atmosphere. The Campus Cottage is meant to be a part of your experience, not just a place to sleep! Spend some time with your friends and family, a cup of coffee in the morning, or a drink in the evening on the back yard deck, and bask in the free-and-easy lifestyle this home will express. **Please note that this property is half of a duplex. The other half is occupied by long term tenants.**

Pets We invite up to two (2) potty trained dogs to accompany you. Please let us know that your furry friends will be joining you! We ask that you kindly clean up after your dogs in the yard. Complimentary dog waste bags are provided for easy clean up. We also ask that dogs are kept off of the furniture to guard against accidental scratching. Please be aware, any damages caused by pets are 100% the responsibility of the guests. • Please remember that our home is a peaceful get-away, not a party house. Parties of any kind are STRICTLY prohibited. • Absolutely no smoking on our property. • No loud music, inside or outside of the home. • No extra guests than those who are confirmed under your booking. • No moving or rearranging the furniture. • Quiet Hours begin at 10:00 PM out of respect for our neighbors. • No cats, birds, or exotic animals are allowed on this property. • Please do NOT remove any smoke detector or security sensor during your stay. These were installed for your safety. Fine: $50 fee per device removed. • We cannot accommodate an early check in or a late check out. Check In time is anytime at your convenience between 4:00PM and 10:00PM on your Check In Date. Breach of these rules will result in fees. • Unauthorized Late Check Out Fees * 0-30 minutes past Check Out time will accrue a $50 fee * 30 minutes - 1 hour past Check Out time will accrue a $100 fee * Any time spent past 1 hour after Check Out time will accrue an entire day’s base rate charge.

The Campus Cottage was built in 1930, right on the edge of the Chautauqua Historic District. **We have a variety of rental properties available for stays in Norman. Whether traveling for work or play, we have a property that will fit your needs!**

Guest Access

Check In and Check Out We do NOT accommodate Early Check Ins or Late Check Outs. This policy is in place to protect our Sanitation Team's time in readily preparing and sanitizing the home in order to provide you and our next guests with a safe, clean, and suitable space. Thank you for your understanding! Breaching this policy with unauthorized Early Check Ins and/or Late Check Outs will result in extra fees.

Find us

Parking Our driveway is shared. We offer parking space that is wide enough for two (2) vehicles, one directly next the other in front of the home. Detailed parking info can be found in the Check in Guide on your Airbnb App. Our neighborhood is historic, and we boast of its character and charm. Due to the historic build of our neighborhood, parking can be a challenge in certain areas. We suggest leaving The Campus Cottage about 10-15 minutes early to scope out the perfect parking arrangements in the area. Be prepared to pay for public parking in some areas of Norman. Prices range from $0.75 to $5. Driving services such as Lyft and Uber are easily found in Norman. Another fun method of transportation (and our personal favorite) would be by e-scooter. You can find these scooters by downloading apps on your smart phone such as Lime, Bird, and Veo. These apps will show you where in the neighborhood unused scooters are parked for your use.
