The Nomad Lodge offers guests a truly peaceful experience. Whether you're looking for relaxing time or just a base camp for all your Broken Bow adventures, you won't be disappointed! The grand, hand-picked, stone fireplace offers a warm cabin feel. Spend time with friends and family around the fire pit. Enjoy the the great outdoors with the large trees and wooded area just steps off the deck. Unwind and relax at the end of the day in the oversized hot tub. Plenty of room for groups of up to 14.

Good to know

The Nomad Lodge cabin is approximately 2500 square feet with a grand stone fireplace in the living room. The dining room features a custom table made to seat twelve (12) comfortably. The huge back deck offers both covered and uncovered space. In the living room there is a 55" TV with an Amazon Fire Stick for all your streaming services. Your stay includes hi-speed wifi. The outdoor propane grill is available for guests. There is a lot of outdoor seating for both lounging and dining. The full size horseshoe pit is sure to be a hit. Send your kids on a little adventure around the cabin to find Bigfoot's footprint located on the property. Sleeping Arrangements and Amenities: The loft is equipped with a TV, as well as sectional sofa. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed , as well as a daybed with trundle, to comfortably sleep four (4). The master bath offers a large soaker tub and huge walk-in shower. Upstairs, you will find a kids bunk room with six (6) twin beds. The second upstairs room has a king-size memory foam mattress which can comfortably sleep two (2). The downstairs living room has two long couches that can sleep a total of two (2). Extra linens for these can be found in the upstairs hall closet.

Other Details to Note

Animal and Pest Control Living so close to nature has its quirks. Please do not be surprised to encounter wildlife, insects, and other living creatures during your stay. We try our best to keep them out of the house. We only ask our guests to keep all doors and windows closed when not in use. Wifi Reliability While we pay to provide high-speed wifi, our home is in a wooded forest, which could cause the occasional varying or disconnected signals. We’re not responsible for any outages, delays, or issues with the wifi. However, please do contact us and we will do everything within our capacity to resolve the issue. Pets Our pet-friendly policy applies exclusively to dogs. We invite up to two (2) potty trained dogs to accompany you. Please let us know that your furry friends will be joining you! We ask that you kindly clean up after your dogs in the yard. Complimentary dog waste bags are provided for easy clean up. We also ask that dogs are kept off of the furniture to guard against accidental scratching. Please be aware, any damages caused by pets are 100% the responsibility of the guests. Security cameras are ON at all times. Firewood Guests will be the ones to provide firewood for the pit and fireplace. Message us where you can pick some up on your way to the property. Propane Grill Please message us a day or two before your check in date to confirm the availability of propane for your stay. Hot Tub We offer the use of a 4-6 person hot tub. We empty, clean, refill, and treat the hot tub after each check out to ensure a clean and safe hot tub experience for all of our guests. Shock tablets are made available to our guests that stay longer than 3 days. Outdoor Dining Area We are in the midst of replacing our outdoor dining table arrangement. We have removed the dining table until our replacement comes in. WiFi and Other Amenities WiFi and other special amenity instructions will be provided to you in your Nomad Lodge Check In Guide. Security Cameras on Property For the safety and security of our guests and the property, there are four exterior security cameras: *One pointing at the back patio (not at the hot tub) *One on the side of the house facing the garage *One at the front, under the portico *One Ring doorbell camera at the front door All cameras are positioned for exterior monitoring only and do not record any private or interior spaces.

• Please remember that our home is a peaceful get-away, not a party house. Parties of any kind are STRICTLY prohibited. • No Fireworks. • Absolutely no smoking, vaping or doing illegal drugs on our property. • No loud music, inside or outside of the home. • No extra guests than those who are confirmed under your booking. Your reservation must accurately reflect the number of guests in your group. The number you declare will be used to provide sufficient cabin amenities and supplies to accommodate you. • No moving or rearranging the furniture. • Quiet Hours begin at 10:00 PM out of respect for our neighbors. • Only dogs are allowed as pets. No cats, birds, or exotic animals are allowed on this property. • Please do NOT disassemble, modify, or remove any smoke detectors or other security and safety devices during your stay. These were installed for your safety. We would be imposing a fine of $50 fee per device removed. • We cannot accommodate an early check in or a late check out. Breach of these rules will result in fees. • Unauthorized Late Check Out Fees * 0-30 minutes past Check Out time will accrue a $50 fee * 30 minutes - 1 hour past Check Out time will accrue a $100 fee * Any time spent past 1 hour after Check Out time will accrue an entire day’s base rate charge. *Cutting or removing tree limbs is strictly prohibited. *Tents or any form of outdoor camping are not permitted on the property. >>Breach of the above house rules may result in fees or cancelation of remaining night stays, or both at the discretion of the property owner<<

Conveniently located, The Nomad Lodge provides a remote experience if desired! However, if you're craving a night out on the town, the cabin is located near HWY 259, just two (2) miles north of Grateful Head Pizza and Girls Gone Wine, you are so close to all Hochatown has to offer!

Guest Access

Because of the remote nature that the great outdoors and our cabin provides, most smart phone apps will not properly lead you to our cabin. We have found that Apple Maps on the Apple Iphone does the best job, but is still spotty at times. Because of this, detailed directions and the exact address will be provided to you two (2) days prior to your Check In via Airbnb Inbox. The City of Broken Bow maintains the dirt road that leads to our cabin, but in adverse weather a four-wheel drive vehicle may be necessary to climb the final hill (a bit of an incline) near the cabin. We always advise our guests to check the weather forecast prior to your Check In for better preparation. Check In and Check Out We do NOT accommodate Early Check Ins or Late Check Outs. This policy is in place to protect our Sanitation Team's time in readily preparing and sanitizing the cabin in order to provide you and our next guests with a safe, clean, and suitable space. Thank you for your understanding! Breaching this policy with unauthorized Early Check In's and/or Late Check Out's will result in extra fees.

Parking We offer enough space to accommodate up to five (5) vehicles. Detailed parking instructions can be found in our Check In Guide on your Airbnb App. Because of the Broken Bow culture, Lyft and Uber are not easily accessed. Be prepared to be responsible for your own transportation in Broken Bow.
