The Oasis is a 'Designs by Davis' home, thoughtfully curated to bring you both the feeling of home as well as a resort experience. Located less than 5 miles from the OU Stadium and Campus Corner, The Oasis provides a suitable location for all that the University of Oklahoma has to offer - while also providing a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Good to know

The Oasis is located in a quaint and quiet cul-de-sac. Our intention for this home is to provide you both the feeling of being home, but also having access to resort worthy amenities, such as a large backyard swimming pool and an inviting living situation - both indoors and outdoors. We also offer full access to the garage that fits two vehicles. The Oasis offers 5 bedrooms, 4 with a king size memory foam mattress and one with a Queen, as well as a dresser and clothing hanging solutions. The main floor living room is right off of the large, family-style kitchen which is sure to provide you an inviting space to mingle and enjoy each other's company. The backyard brings the resort to you with a cozy seating on the back porch, and seating and lounging space closer to the back yard pool. We also offer a bbq style grill (guests will be the ones to provide charcoal and/or lighter fluid for use) and a play area for kids. We offer access to the 1/2 acre lot that our backyard area provides, and a cornhole game to set up in that area. The drive way is built to accommodate up to five (5) vehicles.

The Oasis sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, providing a quiet and quaint stay. Because of it's atmosphere, we remain very purposeful in keeping it that way. This home has been our home, and we've had the absolute pleasure of curating relationships with each of our neighbors here. Our neighbors mean the most to us, and we want to protect their experience while we offer you the relaxing and inviting atmosphere of The Oasis. This home is not a party home. It's intended to be a relaxing and quiet space for our guests. We do have strict Home Rules in place in order to best protect your experience and those of our close friends that we get the honor of calling our neighbors. We do have a NoiseAware system in place. There is no dining table in the home, but we do offer a large kitchen island with four barstools and an outdoor seating area to fit 6. It is also important to note, there is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. The pool area is protected by a gate, but please remain aware of pets and children in the backyard pool area. Pool will be closed from mid-September and re-opened at the beginning of May. If you have questions about pool availability for certain dates, please inquire! Pets Our pet-friendly policy applies exclusively to dogs. We invite up to two (2) potty trained dogs to accompany you. Please let us know that your furry friends will be joining you! We ask that you kindly clean up after your dogs in the yard. Complimentary dog waste bags are provided for easy clean up. We also ask that dogs are kept off of the furniture to guard against accidental scratching. Please be aware, any damages caused by pets are 100% the responsibility of the guests. Security cameras are ON at all times.

• Please remember that our home is a peaceful get-away, not a party house. Parties of any kind are STRICTLY prohibited. • Absolutely no smoking on our property. • No loud music, inside or outside of the home. • No extra guests than those who are confirmed under your booking. • No moving or rearranging the furniture. • Quiet Hours begin at 10:00 PM out of respect for our neighbors. • No cats, birds, or exotic animals are allowed on this property. • Please do NOT remove any smoke detector or security sensor during your stay. These were installed for your safety. Fine: $50 fee per device removed. • We cannot accommodate an early check in or a late check out. Check In time is anytime at your convenience between 4:00PM and 10:00PM on your Check In Date. Breach of these rules will result in fees. • Unauthorized Late Check Out Fees * 0-30 minutes past Check Out time will accrue a $50 fee * 30 minutes - 1 hour past Check Out time will accrue a $100 fee * Any time spent past 1 hour after Check Out time will accrue an entire day’s base rate charge. Pool Rules • Pool Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited. • No food, no glass, and no trash in the pool. • Our pool is open May - September. • The pool is for confirmed guests ONLY. • There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. DO NOT leave children or pets unattended! • NO PARTIES, NO POOL PARTIES and NO CHILDREN POOL PARTIES! • Please be aware, we have a pool camera in place for safety requirements. • Any person renting the property is responsible for using the pool safely and appropriately.

It has provided us the most accurate and convenient information for timing. ****We have a variety of rental properties available for stays in Norman. Whether traveling for work or play, we have a property that will fit your needs!**

We offer enough parking space to accommodate up to five (5) vehicles. The garage is accessible and open for your use. Detailed parking instructions can be found in our Check In Guide in your Airbnb App. Norman has an incredible amount of things to offer guests of all kinds, from sports fans to nature fans, music and art fans, Norman has it. Be prepared to pay for public parking in some areas of Norman. Prices range from $0.75 to $5. Driving services such as Lyft and Uber are easily found in Norman. Another fun method of transportation (and our personal favorite) would be by e-scooter. You can find these scooters by downloading apps on your smart phone such as Lime, Bird, and Veo. These apps will show you where in the neighborhood unused scooters are parked for your use.
