Stay in this beautifully restored 1930s bungalow in Norman's historic Old Silk Stocking District. "The Vintage Charmer" offers 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 baths, and a fully fenced backyard. Enjoy modern amenities, original shiplap, and the soothing sound of nearby trains (without horns!). Perfectly located near parks, Main St. restaurants, breweries, and just minutes from OU. A unique blend of vintage charm and modern comfort awaits.
Good to know
This home was built in the 1930's and has gone through a complete restoration. Backyard is fully fenced, giving you total privacy. Both couches in the living room fold flat into beds. There is a master bath and a jack and jill bath. The kitchen has all new cabinets, with granite counters and subway backsplash. New windows installed to keep sounds of nearby train to a minimum. (the trains don't blow horns in Norman city limits). New lighting throughout. The shiplap in the dining is original to the house and still has pieces newspaper that was used to paper the wall. We have internet and a tv with fire stick, or unplug and play board games provided.
Other Details to Note
Pets Our pet-friendly policy applies exclusively to dogs. We invite up to two (2) potty trained dogs to accompany you. Please let us know that your furry friends will be joining you! We ask that you kindly clean up after your dogs in the yard. Complimentary dog waste bags are provided for easy clean up. We also ask that dogs are kept off of the furniture to guard against accidental scratching. Please be aware, any damages caused by pets are 100% the responsibility of the guests.
